About the Designer
William Caligari Interiors
William Caligari Interiors is a division of the Caligari family businesses founded in the 1890’s by Eugene Caligari. Eugene built a paint contracting organization specializing in custom finishes and the manufacturer of their own paint. Working in the great estates of Berkshire County, they grew the company collaborating on some of the most prestigious and elaborate residences being built in the US at that time.
1954 William Caligari SR opened the first retail business in Gt. Barrington which was followed by six other businesses which William Caligari JR and his brother Jeffrey own and operate today.
William Caligari Interiors was founded by William Caligari Jr. in 1989. His clients are both commercial and residential, and his projects span the United States and abroad. William is supported by his architectural and interior design staff plus an administrative team. William studied interior design at The New York School of interior design and then worked in New York in the field for several years.
